Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join a fine dining restaurant in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional customer service and efficiency.
2. Assist in the preopening phase including staff hiring, training, and setting up operational systems.
3. Manage and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver a seamless dining experience.
4. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
5. Monitor inventory and coordinate with the kitchen team for stock replenishment.
6. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
7. Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving financial targets and operational goals.

Requirements

1. Experience: Minimum 3 years in a supervisory role.
2. Leadership Skills: Ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
3. Customer Focus: Strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
4. Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
