Job Title : Project Manager (Site) – Oil & Gas

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Site) with over 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, specifically within EPC projects . The ideal candidate will have extensive offshore project experience , a strong track record of successful project delivery, and the ability to manage all aspects of site operations, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the day-to-day management and execution of the offshore oil & gas project at the site, ensuring smooth coordination between engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration on-site.
• Develop and implement the overall project plan, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with international health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as industry-specific standards and codes.
• Manage and supervise the mobilization and demobilization of resources, materials, and equipment to / from offshore sites.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies, providing regular updates on project status, progress, and any changes.
• Lead the preparation of progress reports, budget tracking, and change order documentation.
• Coordinate and support the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment for offshore operations.
• Ensure that site safety practices are followed, conducting regular safety audits, risk assessments, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Handle and resolve any operational challenges, making decisions to keep the project on track.
• Prepare and lead meetings with project teams and stakeholders to discuss progress, risks, and critical issues.
• Ensure the quality control process is followed and that all deliverables meet the required specifications.

Qualifications & Experience :

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within the Oil & Gas sector, with a focus on EPC offshore projects .
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex offshore projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related fields) or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including PMBOK or PRINCE2 .
• Extensive experience in managing offshore installations, operations, and commissioning activities.
• Solid knowledge of offshore safety standards (e.g., API, OSHA, etc.) and quality management systems.
• Expertise in budget management, cost control, and resource allocation for large-scale projects.
• Familiarity with contract management and negotiation in the EPC context.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera , MS Project , etc.).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage large teams.
• Ability to work under pressure, solve complex problems, and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
