Responsibilities:

• Proven 3 years work experience as Floor Manager / Supervisor in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
• Excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail with high levels of accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining area.
• Skilled at multitasking.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Degree in Hospitality / Tourism is an asset.
