Job Description

As Restaurant Manager, you will lead the operations of a specific outlet. Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

  1. Ensuring profitable operations and achieving outlet business goals.
  2. Accurately forecasting business demands.
  3. Working with management to develop & execute the marketing plan.
  4. Ensuring the manning schedule is up to date.
  5. Overseeing regular preventative maintenance.
  6. Maintaining outlet safety and sanitation standards.
  7. Leading by example through a 'hands-on' approach to motivate team members to excel.
  8. Managing team member performance and identifying any training needs.
  9. Developing and delivering the required training for supervisors and team members effectively to maximize guest satisfaction.
  10. Developing team members to enable them to achieve their career goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  1. College diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
  2. Previous experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations management role.
  3. Passion for leadership and teamwork.
  4. Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
  5. Excellent guest service skills.
