We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at SO / Uptown Dubai. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a diverse team in a vibrant, multicultural environment.
Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue
Lead, motivate, and train a diverse team of restaurant staff to maintain high service standards
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe dining environment
Analyze financial reports, manage budgets, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menu items and promotional offerings
Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally, striving for prompt resolution
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations
Stay updated on industry trends and implement best practices to improve restaurant performance
Organize and oversee special events, promotions, and themed dining experiences
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the food and beverage industry
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering memorable dining experiences
Food safety certification and thorough knowledge of food and beverage regulations
Excellent inventory management and cost control skills
Experience in staff training and development
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
