Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field
• Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager for at least 5 years
• Comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude towards customers
• Ability to handle difficult situations efficiently while maintaining professionalism
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, menu planning, and inventory management
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor customer feedback and resolve any issues that arise promptly
• Train staff on proper customer service techniques and ensure they are following them properly
• Create effective marketing plans to promote the restaurant’s services
