Restaurant Manager vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE

We are currently looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that guests are provided with the highest level of customer service.

The Restaurant Manager will be expected to provide leadership, direction, and supervision to staff members, while also managing the financial aspects of the business. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience working in the restaurant industry, preferably with a degree in hospitality management. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential for this role.

The successful applicant will be responsible for setting standards of excellence within the restaurant, including menu planning and execution, ensuring that all systems are operating efficiently and effectively. They must ensure health & safety regulations are met at all times while motivating staff to maintain quality standards. Additionally, they should have extensive knowledge of local laws and regulations related to health codes and alcoholic beverage service.

We offer a competitive salary package of 1200 AED per month plus benefits for this position. We will consider immigrants if they can prove their eligibility to work in Abu Dhabi under relevant laws.
