Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. You will manage the daily operations of our restaurant and ensure that all staff members comply with company policies and procedures. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, training staff, managing inventory levels, and ensuring consistent quality standards throughout the restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you must be organized and have excellent communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop strategies to increase customer base and improve customer satisfaction.
2. Monitor daily operations of the restaurant including staffing levels, inventory control, vendor relations, etc.
3. Manage daily financials including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking expenses.
4. Create monthly schedules for employees ensuring shifts are adequately staffed at all times.
5. Train staff on customer service standards, product knowledge, and proper food handling techniques.
6. Ensure compliance with local health codes and safety regulations.
7. Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
8. Monitor menu changes to ensure quality is maintained throughout the restaurant.
9. Analyze financial data to identify areas of improvement or potential savings.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
2. 5+ years of experience in restaurant management or hospitality industry.
3. Proven track record in achieving sales goals.
4. Knowledge of business operations including budgeting & forecasting.
5. Excellent customer service skills.
6. Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
