Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Location: Abu-Dhabi, UAE
Salary: 900 AED/month

We are looking for an experienced restaurant manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality and customer service, with extensive experience in the restaurant industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also be responsible for maintaining budget and profit goals, enforcing policies and procedures, developing marketing plans, and resolving customer complaints. The Restaurant Manager must possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to motivate staff.

Qualifications:

  1. At least 5 years' experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry
  2. Ability to plan menus, set prices and take inventory of food items
  3. Excellent leadership skills to motivate team members
  4. Knowledge of food safety regulations
  5. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  6. Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent is preferred
