Restaurant Manager Vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE

We are looking for a qualified Restaurant Manager to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of our restaurant and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the restaurant business and be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. The ability to stay organized and maximize efficiency is a must.

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for:

1. Recruiting and training staff
2. Developing menus
3. Overseeing food preparation
4. Setting prices
5. Managing budgets
6. Enforcing safety regulations
7. Handling customer complaints and concerns
8. Promoting the restaurant

They will also need to ensure that all staff members are knowledgeable about the menu and able to provide excellent customer service.

The salary for this position is 1200 AED/month. We are open to considering foreigners for this position.
