We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead and manage a busy restaurant in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing and motivating staff to ensure excellent customer service
2. Ensuring health and safety regulations are complied with
3. Developing effective team working strategies
4. Preparing reports on sales performance, budgeting, and payroll
5. Recruiting, training, and evaluating staff
6. Maintaining quality standards of food preparation and presentation
7. Providing leadership to the team to reach targets
8. Scheduling staff shifts, managing stock levels, and ordering supplies
9. Handling customer complaints with professionalism
10. Identifying new business opportunities to maximize revenue

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
2. Experience in menu planning, cost control, inventory management, budgeting, etc. is essential
3. Excellent communication skills required for leading and developing team members
4. Knowledge of hospitality industry best practices and service standards preferred

Salary: 1600 AED per month (We are ready to consider an immigrant)
