About the Job

The ideal candidate has a passion for food and beverage, a genuine ability to connect with guests and staff alike, and brings the core value of TEAM to the restaurant. A natural leader, you are responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while leading service on the floor.

About You

1. Supervise day-to-day activities and assist in the food and beverage outlets.
2. Create innovative programs and promotions that drive revenue through increased guest patronage.
3. Aid in all financial budgeting operations to maximize profitability.
4. At least 1-2 years of full-service restaurant management.
5. Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed.
6. Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
7. Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, or similar role.
8. Proven customer service experience as a manager.
9. Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff.
10. Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Serve, Respeak.
11. Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
12. Acute financial management skills.
13. BSc degree in Business Administration, hospitality management or culinary schooling is a plus.
