Resourcing Specialist

Libera is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Resourcing Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate placement.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expert guidance.
• Maintain and leverage a strong network of industry contacts and potential candidates.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the oil and gas sector.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting recruitment for Drilling, Oilfield Services, EPC, Maritime Contractors, or IOCs and NOCs.
• Experience in the Middle East is preferred but not a prerequisite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
