Residential Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

1. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
2. Oversee the execution of construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
3. Monitor project progress and take proactive measures to address any deviations or obstacles.

Stakeholder Management:

1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
2. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Address stakeholders' concerns and provide timely updates on project status.
