Enough general and technical skills and abilities to enable the management of the Automatic Control systems including the BMS.
Completing Technical & Fabric repairs (i.e., replace door closers, hinges, handles, ceiling tiles replacement, painting, change light bulbs, minor leaks and drain blocks etc.)
Operating and controlling HVAC devices to maintain overall building temperature.
Operating and controlling Lighting control system.
Daily inspections in the equipment/facilities (e.g., Firefighting panels, Booster pumps, HVAC system, Electrical materials and Plumbing system) in the school.
Report every defect/finding and any abnormal conditions to supervisor (MEP Civil and HSE issue).
Regular interaction with the Client to ensure that the work being done meets the standard of the client.
Regular follow-up with Specialist Service providers for their reactive and PPM task.
Knowledge in CAFM system to attend, contain, and fix the task as per the SLA.
Knowledge of MEP system (Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, HVAC, Plumbing, Chiller, Access control, Lighting control, BMS, etc.).
Maintain the material consumption form on a daily basis and inform the supervisor if new material is required.
MEP store handling involves updating material inventory as per the minimum quantity on the given stock list.
