Job Description

• Enough general and technical skills and abilities to enable the management of the Automatic Control systems including the BMS.
• Completing Technical & Fabric repairs (i.e., replace door closers, hinges, handles, ceiling tiles replacement, painting, change light bulbs, minor leaks and drain blocks etc.)
• Operating and controlling HVAC devices to maintain overall building temperature.
• Operating and controlling Lighting control system.
• Daily inspections in the equipment/facilities (e.g., Firefighting panels, Booster pumps, HVAC system, Electrical materials and Plumbing system) in the school.
• Report every defect/finding and any abnormal conditions to supervisor (MEP Civil and HSE issue).
• Regular interaction with the Client to ensure that the work being done meets the standard of the client.
• Regular follow-up with Specialist Service providers for their reactive and PPM task.
• Knowledge in CAFM system to attend, contain, and fix the task as per the SLA.
• Knowledge of MEP system (Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, HVAC, Plumbing, Chiller, Access control, Lighting control, BMS, etc.).
• Maintain the material consumption form on a daily basis and inform the supervisor if new material is required.
• MEP store handling involves updating material inventory as per the minimum quantity on the given stock list.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate must have ITI/Diploma and Bachelor.
