RESIDENT ENGINEER PROJECT MANAGER DESIGN SUPERVISION ENGINEER

Responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within specified deadlines and budget constraints. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor's degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.
2. 5-7 years of experience in project management within construction.
3. Comfortable reading and understanding blueprints and drawings.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software.
5. Demonstrated knowledge of construction engineering and architecture principles.
6. Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs.
7. High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents and terms.
