Job Functions (Duties & Responsibilities):

1. Co-ordinate with the Client for delivery of the project
2. Carry out detailed site surveys
3. Prepare Conceptual design reports and cost estimates
4. Prepare Scope of Works and BOQ and Works Tender Documents
5. Undertake Technical and Commercial Evaluation of Bids received
6. Prepare Works Contract document
7. Conduct the project by conducting Kick off meetings, Monthly project meeting, Weekly site review meetings to ensure project complies with the specifications.
