Reservations Sales Consultant- HUB

As a Reservations Sales Consultant you will be working in our flagship hotel in the customer contact center. Passionate about customer service, you will be responsible for providing a quality end-to-end service for all reservations segments, often working with repeat customers and building rapport with them through their bookings.

What will I be doing

• Working within a team to answer all calls and emails following the brand standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service and effectively and professionally manage all reservations for customers.
• Book and manage reservations through the reservations system.
• Qualify and generate Sales Leads for the sales team to acquire new customers.
• Ensure that the system and booking documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Configure rates in Opera PMS system based.

Requirements

• Possess guest service skills and excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and customer service-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever-changing environment while remaining calm, collected, and accurate.
• Able to type 25 words per minute.
• Computer literacy in Windows MS Office Suite; CRS systems is an added advantage.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Preferably an Arabic speaker.

Experience

• You will likely have a minimum of one year experience in the Reservations department of a branded hotel.
• High School Diploma preferred.
