Reservations Manager

Description

We are hiring a Reservations Manager who will work in our customer service and accept reservations for clients. Normally working at the reception of our hotel in a customer-facing position. Assist clients by telephone and in person, resolving their questions and organizing their travel plans or reservations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise reservation staff in their duties.
• Manage room reservations for large events such as weddings or other functions.
• Monitor billing arrangements.
• Manage inventories for hotel rooms.
• Train new staff in reservation processes.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. Strong leadership, organization, multitasking, and teamwork skills are essential.

This is a Full-Time on rotation job. Salary varies between 3k to 6k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience.
