Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused Reservations Executive to join our team at Manzil.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar reservations role, preferably within hospitality or holiday homes.
• Familiarity with online booking platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle
• Ability to close leads and achieve sales targets on a monthly basis
• Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak seasons.
• Knowledge of Dubais tourism and property market is a plus.
