Reservations and Operations Executive

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage travel arrangements as required for internal and external clients:

1. Planning and managing travel arrangements such as hotel bookings, airline flights, ground transportations, etc. as per company travel policy for internal clients travelling on business trips.
2. Handles emails and telephone calls within the agreed service agreement.
3. Maintaining and updating the Sales Report in all services for both internal and external clients for Travel Billing Report purposes.
4. Accurately prepare shift handover and communicate a briefing to the next shift colleagues.
5. Process payments and forward all the related invoices to the Finance Department, and communicate if there are any discrepancies and disputes.
6. Ensuring all hotel and ground transportation proposals materialize and there are zero lost bookings.
7. Maintaining commission and refund records for accounting purposes.
8. Escalation of customer complaints to the Operations Manager.
9. Safekeeping Travel System credentials and database.
10. Maintaining and updating client instructions database and folders.
11. Safekeeping of Trinetium and Clients' passports and important documents.
12. Responsible for pre-flight and post-flight monitoring.
13. Reporting all technical issues of the Golden Ring platform to the Technical Support team.
14. Influencing decisions by providing feasible options to all operational units to enhance and improve performance in order to meet standards set.
15. Coordinating and collaborating with Technical Support, Commercial & Finance.

Experience

He/she must have at least 2 years’ experience working in a travel environment. Proven experience in a well-known travel agency. Experience in airline ticketing and hotel booking.

Qualifications

Degree in Travel (desirable).
Travel experience and knowledge of booking systems, lGDS, Amadeus, and loyalty programs in the travel industry.
University degree (desirable).
