Reservation Agent / Call Center Agent - Holiday Homes Sector (English

We are looking for an English/Arabic bilingual call center agent to join our team in Dubai. The ideal applicant should be customer-focused and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities:

• Handling Incoming Leads: Communicate with customers, oversee all system interactions, and conduct regular follow-ups.
• Negotiations and Deal Closing: Make reservations and provide outstanding service during the negotiating process.
• Handling Recurring Reservations: Establish rapport with customers to guarantee recurring business.
• Tracking Market Trends: Observe trends and seasonal changes in the short-term rental market to maintain the competitiveness of our offers.
• Familiarity with short-term CRM platforms.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 1 year of call center experience (preferably in the holiday homes/real estate sector).
• Fluency in English and Arabic (both spoken and written).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Candidates available to join immediately.
