Reservation Agent

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and guest-focused Reservations Agent to join our team. As a Reservations Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and personalized booking experience. You will be responsible for managing reservations across multiple channels, offering tailored recommendations and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online booking platforms, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all guests.
2. Provide detailed information on room types, rates, availability, and special offers, tailoring recommendations based on guest preferences.
3. Process, modify, and confirm reservations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to hotel policies.
4. Offer personalized services for VIP guests, group bookings, and special events, ensuring every detail is handled with care.
5. Collaborate closely with the Front Desk, Concierge, and Sales teams to ensure smooth guest transitions from reservation to check-in.
6. Maintain and update guest profiles, ensuring preferences and special requests are recorded for future stays.
7. Monitor inventory and room availability to maximize hotel occupancy and revenue.
8. Resolve any guest issues or booking discrepancies in a professional and courteous manner.
9. Keep up to date with hotel promotions, packages, and services to effectively upsell and enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 1 year as a Reservations Agent.
2. Knowledge of Accor Distribution and Reservation systems is preferable.
