Job description

The Reservations Agent is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing reservations, and maintaining strong relationships with guests and partners.

The role involves providing exceptional guest service, managing reservations, maximizing revenue through upselling, and requires a guest-focused personality and strong interpersonal skills.

As a Reservations Agent, you will:

  1. Provide exceptional service and assist guests with reservations and inquiries.
  2. Manage group and individual reservations and upsell services.
  3. Utilize reservation systems and collaborate with departments to enhance guest engagement and revenue.
  4. Process reservation requests, accommodate special needs, and maintain confidentiality.
  5. Develop positive relationships while following company policies.
  6. Ensure effective communication and adherence to company policies when processing reservations, changes, and cancellations.
  7. Sell hotel products, maintain service knowledge, and prepare reports.
  8. Assist customers with travel arrangements and maintain accurate booking records.
  9. Demonstrate good communication skills in ticketing and travel.

The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Fluency in English and knowledge of Arabic.
  2. A diploma or graduate qualification in hospitality.
  3. Excellent organizational skills and basic computer proficiency.
  4. The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  5. A proactive personality with strong communication skills.

Handle customer inquiries for room reservations, maximize revenue through effective upselling, and maintain accurate reservation data while ensuring guest satisfaction.
