Research Manager

Aspire has partnered with a leading research organisation based in Dubai to find an experienced Research Manager for their team to lead and manage research projects, providing strategic insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee end-to-end research projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality insights.
2. Design and develop research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative approaches, to meet client objectives.
3. Lead the development of proposals, research plans, field briefings, and review presentations prepared by junior team members.
4. Provide strategic recommendations and practical insights based on research findings.
5. Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure research outcomes align with business needs.
7. Support in building and enhancing the company’s reputation by delivering high-quality research and client service excellence.
8. Manage project budgets, ensuring financial discipline and optimal resource allocation.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in market research, customer insights, or data analytics.
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Communication Research, or Mathematics.
3. Strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
4. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
