We have grown from ten to nearly 1,000 staff in 4 years, across different functions. This role sits under the UX Research function, as part of the Product & Design Team. Our team consists of product managers, designers, and recently UX research and writing.

We're a team of 6 passionate researchers, looking for a Research Coordinator (Dubai) to join the team.

Key Responsibilities

As a Research Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our product teams and research initiatives. Your key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate and facilitate in-person research sessions, and other research events.
• Conduct quick user calls and share findings with product teams.
• Create and manage user panels for rapid testing.
• Review and select research tools (e.g., Condens, SurveyMonkey, Lyssna).
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of research policies and templates.
• Create and manage engaging research activities e.g. newsletters, events and workshops for stakeholders.
• Review and improve research activities based on feedback.

• Analytical skills in collating research reports, summarising data, and writing concise research briefings for internal stakeholders.
• Organisational skills in resources and event management.
• Communication skills, and building relationships with other teams quickly and effectively.
• Learning new methods, best practice, and/or new ways of working, and sharing recent developments in own field of work, with team.
• Collaborative and leads own work, to support other teams.
• Can-do and problem-solving attitude, recognising that project success depends on the impact it makes for end customers.
• Independent and takes pride in planning and delivering their own work from finish to end.
• Adaptable and ready to change own plan, based on team feedback, customer needs, and/or business priorities, aiming to support a better customer experience overall.
• Manage user data ethically, by following strict privacy guidelines throughout collection, storage, and access, based on permission and job needs.

Desirable attributes

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, human resources, other social science disciplines, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in training, or creating educational materials in research.
