Ventures Onsite, a product by Ventures Middle East, is a subscription-based platform providing accurate and detailed information on completed, ongoing, and upcoming construction projects. Our platform serves as a critical business development tool for industry professionals.
We are currently seeking a Research Coordinator to join our team focusing on gathering and verifying project management (PM) details of various project stakeholders across multiple industries.
Role Summary:
As a Research Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in identifying and verifying key project stakeholders, particularly Project Managers within the Construction, Oil & Gas, Power, Energy, Infrastructure, and Industrial sectors. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a comprehensive and accurate database of project contacts, which will support client engagement and business development strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Stakeholder Identification & Research
- Conduct in-depth primary research through direct outreach to project stakeholders to validate project details, timelines, and decision-makers.
- Develop detailed project profiles ensuring that project stakeholder contact details are up-to-date and verified.
Market Intelligence & Data Management
- Continuously track industry publications, news sources, government announcements, and networking events to gather intelligence on project developments.
- Ensure the Ventures Onsite database remains updated with accurate and categorized information related to project stakeholders.
- Implement best practices in data classification and tagging for seamless data retrieval and analysis.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Retention, and Market Research, to provide valuable insights on project stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to enhance information gathering efforts.
- Generate reports and presentations summarizing project trends and key industry updates.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in market research, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and data management skills with an eye for accuracy and detail.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to present complex information concisely.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred: Experience in the Construction, Oil & Gas, Power, Energy, Infrastructure, or Industrial sectors.
- Languages: Fluency in English is required; Arabic and French are a plus.
