Position Overview

Khalifa University is seeking a highly motivated Research Associate to work on developing methods for the production of milk fats from precision fermentation of human gut microbes. The Research Associate will work on fermentation and biotechnology.

As part of the project, the researcher will have access to state-of-the-art research equipment and facilities at Khalifa University that houses research centers such as the Food Security and Technology Center (FSTC) and CMAT (Center for Membranes and Advanced Water Technologies). The researcher will have the opportunity to work alongside researchers and graduate students from various backgrounds as part of a wider team.
