An exciting opportunity is available for a Representative, Sales, based in Abu Dhabi.

Summary:

Identify business opportunities, perform market research and analysis, establish contact, and develop relationships with prospects through meetings, calls, emails, etc. to close profitable deals.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Listing potential clients based on market research and developing a plan to gain access, repeating as necessary.
  • Approaching the market by arranging meetings to generate business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Establishing a solid working relationship with clients (based on mutual trust and loyalty), showing ethical and honest behavior.
  • Maintaining clear records of received and processed enquiries and reporting on the sales effort that has been provided.
  • Handling tender preparation and submission, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Meeting targeted conversion rates of enquiries, number of meetings/client interactions, and generated revenue.
  • Securing orders by proper follow-up with clients and remaining supportive of the work order until invoice collection.
  • Keeping a close eye on the market to report the status of pricing developments, new projects, and competitor news.
  • Working closely with the operation team, invoicing, and collection team ensuring there are no bad debts and supporting the execution of their orders.
  • Managing key accounts by cross-selling and upselling all available services.
  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluating customer needs.
  • Preparing and delivering appropriate presentations on services provided by the company and referring to the right sales channel for other services.
  • Participating on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
  • Handling customer complaints or objections and supporting their resolution.
  • Collaborating with sales team members to achieve better results and increase leads.
  • Sharing responsibility in ensuring client debts are collected.
  • Compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and work instructions as per QHSE, ISO applicable standards, and legal/regulatory requirements.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma Degree.
• Minimum of 2 years experience for Bachelor’s or 6 years experience for Diploma.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Negotiating.
  • Industry, market, and product knowledge.
  • Sales closing and agreements.
  • Effective communications.
  • Fluency in English language with excellent communication (written & oral) skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
