Report Developer (Abu Dhabi)

The project focuses on digital transformation in the UAE to develop and support digital solutions, enhance social services, strengthen public engagement, advance international relations, and optimize administrative processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Developing and maintaining reports using Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE).
2. Migrating existing reports to newer platforms or versions as required.
3. Analyzing complex business challenges and requirements.
4. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective reporting solutions.
5. Designing and implementing solutions that address business challenges.
6. Ensuring that solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.
7. Creating and maintaining data models that support reporting needs.
8. Ensuring data models are optimized for performance and accuracy.
9. Developing and managing data access structures to ensure secure and efficient data retrieval.
10. Implementing best practices for data access and security.

Must-have:

1. Experience in report development and data migration for 3+ years.
2. Experience in creating and managing data models and access structures.
3. Proficiency in OBIEE and related reporting tools.
4. Strong understanding of data modeling and database management.
5. Ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into technical solutions.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
9. Level of English from Upper-Intermediate and above.
