Remote working Commission Based Recruiter

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Recruitment professional to join our Executive Search permanent recruitment team at Transguard Group. This role comes with flexible working arrangements, whereby the successful applicant can work remotely with hybrid working conditions and must be comfortable with a commission-based payment structure only.

Scope

As an experienced permanent Recruiter, you will be focused on filling permanent vacancies, contributing to the growth and success of the permanent recruitment business function within Transguard Group within a fast paced, high pressure working environment.

The successful candidate will need to hit the ground running, establishing strong working relationships with candidates ensuring all recruitment activities are aligned with the overall business unit strategy. This role is a 180-delivery position only, collaborating within a diverse and highly skilled permanent recruitment team and involves complete responsibility of service delivery. The successful person in this role will focus on fulfilling various types of client mandates at all levels within different industries, ensuring all vacancies are closed in a timely and effective manner.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and efficient sourcing and fulfillment of roles for external Transguard customers
  • Working closely with the recruitment team to fill all vacancies
  • Provide salary benchmarking details as required for bid and tender purposes.
  • Submitting business development leads to the Head of the Business Unit
  • Ensure that the Transguard Group careers page is managed, and all vacancies are published under the group guidelines.
  • Work closely with the Transguard Group Applicant Tracking System to optimize workflows, create new features and troubleshoot any issues or challenges.
  • Ensure Transguard LinkedIn resources are effectively managed whilst generating leads through this platform
  • Continuously improve the recruitment process by exploring new and innovative ways of working, automating administrative tasks and optimizing the candidate experience.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

  • Experienced Recruitment Consultant working within the Staffing Industry
  • Experience recruiting various levels from mid-management skilled roles to C-Level positions
  • Expertise recruiting within all areas of Recruitment
  • Experience in designing and managing recruitment campaigns whilst developing and implementing various recruitment initiatives.
  • Must have Sales Recruitment Agency experience
