Head of Marketing at Flare Blockchain

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Leadership: Devise and implement cutting-edge strategy informed by meticulous attention to market trends, competitor activities, and community feedback, ensuring that every move is innovative and precisely targeted toward thought leaders and decision-makers in the Blockchain space.
  2. Comprehensive Campaigns: Lead aggressive, multi-faceted marketing campaigns that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring Flare's message is compelling across all channels.
  3. Market Agility: Demonstrate quick adaptability to emerging market trends and the ability to pivot strategies in real time to capture opportunities for growth and engagement.
  4. Community Engagement: Support community-building efforts with campaigns and impactful marketing content that fosters a strong, active, and engaged community around Flare’s vision and projects.
  5. Collaborative Innovation: Work closely with the product, ecosystem, and community management teams to ensure marketing strategies are deeply integrated with partnership announcements, product development and user feedback.
  6. Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize analytics and market insights to inform strategies, measure impact, refine and pivot.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, with a comprehensive understanding of the blockchain technology landscape especially the retail and developer community verticals.
  2. 8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably including major agency experience, with a proven track record in the tech or blockchain industry, demonstrating success in market penetration and brand elevation.
  3. Proven experience and ability to manage outside marketing vendors (agencies, KOLs, creatives, etc.).
  4. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mobilize teams.
  5. Technical acumen, with the ability to grasp complex blockchain concepts and effectively communicate them to diverse audiences.
  6. Demonstrated agility and strategic thinking in a rapidly changing tech landscape, with a portfolio that showcases innovative and impactful marketing campaigns.
  7. Strong analytical skills, with experience in leveraging data to drive strategic decisions.
  8. Exceptional content writing/editorial abilities with a stress on highly technical products.
