Responsibilities:

  • Utilise existing networks and connections within the Middle East to identify and engage potential partners and clients.
  • Set up qualified meetings and opportunities for collaboration with marketing agencies and brands based out of the GCC & wider Middle East.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure effective communication of our value proposition.
  • Represent the company professionally and effectively communicate our offerings to potential partners and clients.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, handling all logistics efficiently.
  • Provide occasional local market support and insights to facilitate business development efforts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience working in the advertisement agency/ies industry with a base in GCC is required.
  • Extensive network and connections within the world of digital media industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to driving results.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of local market dynamics and trends.
  • Experience working in a revenue share or performance-based compensation model preferred.

Compensation:

This position offers a generous Performance Based “Net Revenue Share” model providing the opportunity for substantial earnings based on successful business development efforts. Based on results in the first six months, this will be transitioned into a “Retainer + Net Revenue Share” or “Full Time Employee” role for selected growth experts.
