Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Remote Accountant and Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This position involves managing both accounting and administrative functions in a remote setup while being available for occasional onsite requirements in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties:
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform reconciliations.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors.
Administrative Duties:
- Oversee remote office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Handle digital correspondence, scheduling, and virtual meeting coordination.
- Maintain and organize company records, both physical and digital.
- Provide administrative support to management and staff.
- Be available to attend onsite meetings or tasks when required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
- Driving license.
- Strong understanding of UAE financial regulations and VAT compliance.
- Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while being available for onsite requirements.
- Must currently reside in the UAE Emirates.
