Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Remote Accountant and Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This position involves managing both accounting and administrative functions in a remote setup while being available for occasional onsite requirements in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and perform reconciliations.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax laws and regulations.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors.

Administrative Duties:

  • Oversee remote office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
  • Handle digital correspondence, scheduling, and virtual meeting coordination.
  • Maintain and organize company records, both physical and digital.
  • Provide administrative support to management and staff.
  • Be available to attend onsite meetings or tasks when required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.
  • Driving license.
  • Strong understanding of UAE financial regulations and VAT compliance.
  • Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while being available for onsite requirements.
  • Must currently reside in the UAE Emirates.
