Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Perform all sales-related activities for existing and potential customers to achieve the assigned financial targets.
2. Cross-sell all Islamic retail banking products and services.
3. Handle customer enquiries and deliver excellent service through communication and teamwork.
4. Ensure full awareness of all products provided and stay updated on all changes and amendments to product features, procedures, and processes.
5. Promote banking products by providing consistent, accurate, and transparent information to all customers.
