Relationship Officer - SME - Dubai

Job Responsibilities

• Possess comprehensive knowledge of business banking products and services, including account management, loans, credit facilities, and other banking solutions tailored to SMEs.
• Actively work towards achieving assigned sales targets.
• Identify and understand the needs of SME clients and provide them with tailored banking solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth banking experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., credit, operations) to ensure seamless delivery of banking products and services to clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1+ year of sales experience in Direct Sales in UAE or Home country.
• Prior experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Mortgages is a must.
• Fluency in English (Written and Spoken) is absolutely necessary.
• Work Visa & Insurance will be provided by the company.
