Job Description

Role: Relationship Officer - Real Estate Finance

Location: Abu Dhabi

Role Purpose:

• Managing and controlling the work process on the allocated portfolio in order to provide full support for the utmost satisfaction of customer & bank, guidance.
• Ensure the implementation of Banks policy and procedure & sharia on daily work process, ensure a systematic workflow in conjunction with other concerned channels, identify critical cases and create solutions, provide management with all required reports.

Key Accountabilities of the role:

• Meet customers to discuss their business needs.
• Maintain portfolio including regular & delinquency to ensure that all files are updated i.e. Renewal, FIP, FSA and keep file tidy.
• Review portfolio and prepare the file to transfer to special attention as per Dept. internal policy.
• Follow-up with customer to solve any issue related to their accounts/ facility.
• Meet customers to solve their problems & complaints and to ensure all required documents, securities, undertaking etc. are provided to complete the rescheduling.
• Follow with different Departments MPM, CAD, and WFO to finalize and regularize the portfolio.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:

• University Degree with 2 Years relevant experience of which 1 year is preferably in Real Estate Finance Area.
• Excellent communication skills required both in English and Arabic.
• Advanced computer skills required.
• Good knowledge of ADIB products/services required.
