About the Client:

Our client is a prominent real estate developer known for its exceptional portfolio and commitment to excellence. The company’s current project portfolio includes iconic residential and commercial tower developments as well as upcoming hospitality developments.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide guidance and assist potential property buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms. Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them. Oversee open-houses and show clients properties that align with their expectations.
  2. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters. Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
  3. Deliver or present promotional presentations to current or prospective customers. Promote properties with ads, listings, and open houses.
  4. Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealings.
  5. Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, and advise them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting.
  6. Maintain a list of available properties with details regarding their location, square footage, and features.
  7. Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  8. Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing, ensuring smooth and successful transactions.
  9. Keep abreast of market trends, industry developments, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge and enhance sales performance.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  2. Post Graduate Certification related to Business or Real Estate preferred.
  3. Understanding of local real estate market trends, property values, and neighborhood dynamics.
  4. Familiarity with real estate laws, regulations, and procedures governing transactions.
  5. Knowledge of effective marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers.
  6. Competence in using real estate CRM software, online listing platforms, and digital marketing tools.
  7. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients, understanding their needs, and establishing long-term relationships. Clear and effective communication with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  8. Flexibility to adjust to changing market conditions, client preferences, and industry trends. Ability to handle rejection, setbacks, and fluctuations in the market with persistence and determination.
  9. Collaborate with other agents, brokers, and professionals to facilitate successful transactions and achieve common goals.
