We are seeking a Relationship Officer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for building and preserving relationships with customers regarding banking products and advising them on retail products as per their requirements, ensuring new business and a healthy product mix is maintained with customer suitability at the core.

What You Will Be Doing
Collaborate effectively with Relationship Managers by providing timely and insightful feedback to support business goals.
Conduct sales with utmost integrity and professionalism, maintaining transparency in every interaction.
Act promptly on customer requests, ensuring resolution within defined turnaround times (TATs).
Submit error-free applications with precision and maintain 100% accuracy in documentation.
Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams to facilitate smooth and efficient processing of applications.
Adhere strictly to HR policies, organizational guidelines, and the professional Code of Conduct.
Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and TATs as outlined in operational procedures.
Strategically minimize individual claw backs, ensuring they remain within the organization’s mandated targets for the financial year.
What You Should Have
Knowledge of banking and insurance products – RAK Bank and competitive products of other banks.
Sales/service-oriented individual.
Excellent communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
Identify any cross-sell opportunities in other business divisions of the bank through which Bancassurance products can be sold.
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales in the UAE market will be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of banking/RAKBANK retail products.
