Relationship Officer

Job Duties of a Relationship Officer for Business Loans:

1. Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential borrowers.
2. Evaluating loan applications and assessing the creditworthiness of borrowers.
3. Negotiating the terms of loans, including interest rates and repayment schedules, with borrowers.
4. Monitoring loan payments and ensuring that borrowers are in compliance with the terms of their loans.
5. Resolving any issues or concerns that borrowers may have regarding their loans.
6. Identifying cross-selling opportunities and promoting other financial products and services offered by the organization.
