As a Relationship Manager, you will oversee client relationships, drive client acquisition, and grow assets under management. You will understand clients' investment goals and risk profiles, providing strategic advice and proactive support. Working closely with the Team, you will ensure portfolios are optimized to achieve outstanding results for clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with prospective buyers and existing clients.
Conduct cold calls and emails to prospective clients to introduce our projects and services, and to schedule meetings.
Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients and leads in the CRM system.
Act as a point of contact and provide comprehensive information to clients about our projects, pricing, availability, and terms.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Collaborate with marketing, advertising, and sales teams to ensure successful promotional activities and events.
Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and other relevant documents.
Negotiate agreements and handle any issues or objections that arise during the sales process.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Any other assignment in line with your portfolio.
Qualifications:
4-6 years of client relationship experience within the Retail Industry.
