Act as the focal point for customer inquiries.
Exceed expectations by increasing standards of customer service and ensuring effective complaint management.
Manage the bulk account opening process for the employees of the targeted CIBG/TML customer.
Constantly design and execute strategies to increase business penetration within the region.
Liaise with Corporate & Investment Banking, business banking team to provide their clients with a complete package on retail banking propositions.
Drive multi-product sales with a focused approach on increasing corporate profitability.
Monitor emerging opportunities in the market, industry, and competition; share information with the Business Intelligence team to keep plans/strategies agile.
Work closely with strategic alliances within PBG sales and distribution.
Adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, and Code of Conduct of the bank.
