Relationship Manager - Commercial Mortgages (Experience level 4-15 years)

Location : Dubai

Role Overview :

As a Relationship Manager for Commercial Mortgages at Yubi, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing new business volumes focused on secured loans, such as Commercial Mortgage Loans, Loan against Property, Financing against Rental Income Generating Properties / Lease Rental Discounting. Your role will encompass the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, as well as developing strategic partnerships to drive asset business.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Business Development :
  2. Source new business through targeted sales activities specializing in secured loans for entities and individuals.
  3. Identify and attract new borrowing relationships for secured loan offerings.
  4. Manage self-sourced secured loan applications and prepare comprehensive credit proposals.
  5. Relationship Management :
  6. Achieve and exceed direct asset sales targets as aligned with business KPIs.
  7. Collaborate with business partners, channel stakeholders, real estate and mortgage brokers to enhance product offerings and customer experiences.
  8. Train and support channel partners in understanding and promoting asset products.
  9. Oversee and manage mortgage loan portfolios, ensuring excellent service delivery and adherence to turnaround times as per Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  10. Provide feedback to product managers on process improvements and service-related issues.
  11. Engage in cross-selling activities to promote additional financial products to existing clients.

Key Result Areas :

  1. Achieving mortgage loan sales targets surpassing predefined KPIs.
  2. Maximizing business penetration of secured loans.
  3. Enhancing customer experiences pre and post sales.
  4. Generating CRM sales referrals and opportunity tracking.

Requirements :

  1. Demonstrated expertise in commercial mortgage loan sales.
  2. Comprehensive knowledge of the UAE market and demographics.
  3. Strong networking skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and banking platforms.
  5. Experience in organizing and executing local area marketing events.
  6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  7. Proven track record of delivering against ambitious targets within tight timelines.
  8. Willingness to travel across the UAE as necessary.
