Relationship Manager- Bancassurance-UAE | Financial Services| Orient Insurance PJSC

The Relationship Manager- Bancassurance will oversee the sales of insurance products through bank channels, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth, and ensure compliance with regulations. You will also analyze market trends and customer preferences to optimize sales performance.

1. Manage the bancassurance product portfolio and drive sales targets
2. Develop and implement strategic plans to increase bancassurance sales
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and insurance partners
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities
6. Ensure compliance with regulatory policies and guidelines

What equips you for the role:

1. Bachelor’s degree, Business Administration, or a related field
2. Proven experience in bancassurance or life insurance sales
3. Strong knowledge of insurance products and regulations
4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
