Job Description:

A Tier 1 Investment Bank is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Relationship Manager to join its Wealth Management division in the Middle East. This senior role focuses on the Non-Resident Indian (NRI) client segment, with responsibility for managing and growing a portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients across the GCC region.

The ideal candidate will deliver bespoke wealth solutions, uphold the highest standards of client servicing and compliance, and drive business development within a dynamic, cross-border platform.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management: Manage and deepen relationships with NRI clients in the GCC, acting as their primary advisor for wealth management needs.
2. Investment Advisory: Provide tailored advice across asset classes, including discretionary mandates, structured products, mutual funds, and credit solutions.
3. Business Development: Identify and acquire new client relationships through network outreach, referrals, and market engagement.
4. Compliance & Risk: Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and internal risk frameworks, including KYC/AML standards.
5. Collaboration: Partner with product, investment, and compliance teams to deliver seamless client experiences.

Candidate Profile:

1. Minimum 8-10 years in Private Banking or Wealth Management, with a strong focus on NRI clients.
2. In-depth knowledge of financial products, global markets, and NRI tax/legal considerations.
3. Experience working with clients in the GCC region is essential; familiarity with Swiss and/or Singapore financial centers is preferred.
4. Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi is required; Arabic or French is an advantage.
5. Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills, with a commitment to integrity and compliance.
