Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, identifying client needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. Duties include regular client meetings, handling inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. The role involves staying updated on market trends and maintaining detailed records of client interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Client Relationship Management and Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong Negotiation and Problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Market Analysis and CRM Software
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in real estate or property management is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage
