Relationship Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

1. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for working in a target-driven sales environment to maximize the opportunity of direct sales.
2. Source potential investors and establish/maintain a good working relationship.
3. Attend to inquiries (of the following nature: sale, re-sale, property valuation, property services, Dubai Property Tour, etc.) professionally to maintain a high standard of customer service and generate extra income for the company.
4. Formulate properties tailored to the needs of the clients.
5. Attend property events (such as exhibitions, property launches, presentations, seminars, etc.).

Requirements:

1. The incumbent must have proficient knowledge and a minimum of 1+ year solid experience in the UAE Property Sector (Real estate developer/brokerage firm).
2. Having a good network/database of investors.
3. Added advantages would be RERA/Real Estate Board exam certified and/or UAE driving license along with a car.
4. Well-presentable and well-groomed.
5. Preferred Italian/Spanish/Turkish/Hebrew & Farsi speakers.
