Position: Sales Manager/Relationship Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Our client is a prestigious real estate developer renowned for creating Mid-Tier and luxurious residential properties in Dubai. They are committed to delivering exceptional quality and unique living experiences through innovative designs and world-class amenities.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager or Relationship Manager to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling luxury and Mid-Tier properties, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the luxury real estate market, excellent communication skills, and a strong sales acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing:

  • Actively promote and sell luxury residential properties to high-net-worth individuals and investors.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay updated on market trends.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct property tours and presentations to prospective buyers.

Negotiation and Closing:

  • Negotiate sales agreements and contracts with clients.
  • Close sales deals efficiently and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure a smooth handover and address any concerns.

Reporting and Coordination:

  • Report sales performance and market feedback to the Chief Real Estate Officer.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with regulations and financial requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the luxury real estate market.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in the Dubai real estate market is highly preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate luxury real estate value propositions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Chinese are a plus.
