We currently are expanding the team in our Abu Dhabi office and we are seeking Relationship Managers to cover FX and CFDs. The primary responsibility of the role is to manage and strengthen the relationship between the financial institution or brokerage firm and its clients who engage in FX and CFD trading.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Relationship Management:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients who trade in FX and CFDs. Understanding their trading needs, objectives, and risk appetite to provide tailored solutions and services.
- Actively seeking new clients who are interested in trading FX and CFDs. Identifying potential leads, networking with industry professionals, and participating in marketing and promotional activities to expand the client base.
- Providing expert advice and guidance to clients regarding FX and CFD trading strategies, market trends, and risk management techniques. Assisting clients in understanding the risks associated with these instruments and helping them make informed trading decisions.
- Understanding clients' financial goals, risk appetite, and trading objectives.
- Regularly communicating with clients to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and provide updates on market trends and opportunities.
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery.
- Overseeing the accounts of FX and CFD trading clients, ensuring smooth onboarding, account opening, and ongoing account maintenance. Addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Developing a deep understanding of the FX and CFD products offered by the organization. Staying updated with the latest market developments, industry news, and regulatory changes related to FX and CFD trading.
Business Development:
- Identifying and targeting potential clients to expand the client base and increase business opportunities.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Participating in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to promote the company's services and establish new business relationships.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration.
- Proven experience as a relationship manager or account manager in the FX and CFDs trading industry for more than 2 years.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, FX trading, CFDs, and related products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Proficient in using trading platforms and financial software.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance practices in the financial industry.
