We are looking for dynamic and experienced Arabic Speaker Relationship Coaches to expand our global network of professionals. As a Relationship Coach at Liftalk, you will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, providing personalized support and expert advice on a range of relationship issues. This role is ideal for those who excel at turning queries into ongoing engagements with clients and who possess a combination of therapeutic insight and persuasive skills.

• Conduct personalized one-on-one online coaching sessions, addressing the dynamics of various relationships including romantic, platonic, familial and professional.
• Use a compassionate approach to sensitive topics, providing empathetic guidance and actionable solutions.
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, empathy and ethical behavior during all interactions.
• Excellence in client acquisition and retention, with a focus on converting prospects into loyal clients.

• Must be 25 years old and above, preferably female.
• Fluency in speaking, writing and reading of Arabic language. Knowledge of English language is an advantage but not required.
• Proven experience as a Relationship Coach, with a focus on various relationship dynamics.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Empathetic and non-judgmental approach to coaching.
• Ability to tailor coaching techniques to individual client needs through text, voice, and video calls.
• Coaching certification or relevant qualifications preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in other training fields is an added advantage.
